Top Ten Books for People Who Liked Anna and the French Kiss

hosted over at the Broke and Bookish

Anna and the French Kiss is one of my all-time favorite reads (review here) and so I thought I'd put together a list of books that I enjoyed just as much as Anna--books that gave me a great satisfied and happy feeling after I finished. Keep in mind, though, that I'm assuming you've already read Lola and the Boy Next Door!
So, without further ado, here's my list in no particular order...

Hex Hall
by Rachel Hawkins

Suuuuper hilarious and the main character is relatable and awesome as Anna.
Also, there is a very, very hot boy...y'know, just in case that's an incentive.

Flat-Out Love
by Jessica Park

Another humorous story with an awesome heroine and a motley gang of great side characters--who you'll LOVE.

Catching Jordan
by Miranda Kenneally

A tad sports-oriented, but no worries if you're not a football fan--I wasn't and I still really enjoyed the story!

That Boy
by Jillian Dodd

Ermagerd. GUYS.
This book is SO cute and hilarious and everytime I think about it, I just wanna give it a big fat hug!
LOVE this book. You can check out my review here

My Life Next Door
by Huntley Fitzpatrick

This is a fantastic summer read! I was worried it'd be a little cheesy and clichéd, like Anna, but once again, I was proven so, SO wrong.
And as was the case with Anna, the boy in My Life Next Door exceeded my expectations--boy did he ever! Jase Garrett is going on my mental list of all-time favorite book boyfriends!

Saving June
by Hannah Harrington

This book tackles some tougher issues than Anna, but it was such an amazing, gripping read! I absolutely could not put it down--not even for sleep! I could rave endlessly about the awesome protagonist, the best friend, the love interest, the snark, the EVERYTHING...

My Soul to Take (Soul Screamers #1)
by Rachel Vincent

This isn't quite as chick-lit-y as Anna and the French Kiss, but I think the heroines of both novels are very similar--both super relatable, and likeable, and down-to-earth, and humorous.
So.... think of this as a paranormal Anna.

Endless Summer
by Jennifer Echols

Jennifer Echols, like Stephanie Perkins, writes amazing relationship books and this one definitely has that quality that just makes you smile from ear to ear as you read it!
Can You Keep a Secret?
by Sophie Kinsella

This book is an adorable chick-lit that had me giggling with just about every chapter. This is gripping not in a "OMG so intense and action-packed way" but more in an "Awww I NEED to see what this character does next!"
Also, like Anna, it's got a fantastic relationship build-up

I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You (Gallagher Girls #1)
by Ally Carter

I just turn into a gushing mess when I think about this series because it is SO. DARN. GOOD. Trust me, you will love Cammie and her friends just as much as you loved Anna and her pals.
But if you ask me, the romance doesn't get REALLY good until book 2!

If you guys have any other suggestions about books like Anna and the French Kiss, please let me know! I'd love to read anything similar! And feel free to leave me links to your Top Ten picks--I'd love to check them out! :)
