It's so weird to have months and months of fan-made covers and now be presented with the real one...

There were some fan-made ones that were really good. Like, ones I think I like more than the actual cover. Actually, to be honest, seeing the real cover has been a little anti-climactic for me. But nonetheless, I do think the cover is really pretty- the background colors are gorgeous!- and I'm super psyched for more Tobias scenes this book to come out.

I don't know why, but I'm just so attracted to the gothic vibe of this book! The script is so pretty and the synopsis sounds awesome!

My Thoughts:
Y'ALL. Oh. My freaking goodness. If I could legally marry a book, I would have a polygamous marriage with this series I AM NOT EVEN JOKING. Marchetta just has this inexplicable way of turning me into an emotional puddle of goo. If you don't believe me, here's my review of Finnikin of the Rock and Froi of the Exiles. 

I think I still like the Australian covers more, but I love the girl on this cover is pretty in a non-traditional way and looks fierce. As. Heck. 
They nailed Quintana's personality with that look/glare!

I am loving the manga vibe of this cover! And the colors too! As for the story, pshhhh you had me at "Beauty and the Beast," AKA one of my all-time fairy tales. I can't wait to read this book!! X)
